About us
323 Transit was founded by Sean Donovan, a former Amazon AMZL Regional Fleet Manager. After spending four years at Amazon working at corporate HQ in Seattle and in assignment in Charlotte, NC he moved back to his home town in Syracuse NY to launch 323 Transit! While on assignment in Charlotte, NC he worked with several Amazon DSPs in the area to learn the business. 323 has a family meaning that embodies the culture of a winning environment.

Commercial, DOT, CDL (or work-related) driving experience is a plus but not mandatory
As we grow, supervisory roles will be available
Benefits & Scheduling:
$16.50 - $18 / hour (paid weekly)
10-hour shifts are typical
4-day work week (40 hours) is typical *WEEKEND Support is needed
Daytime shift (days typically start at 10AM)

A minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift and 1 unpaid 30 minute meal break

· Paid time off begins accruing immediately at start of employment
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
· Safely drive a 15-20ft commercial cargo vehicle and perform safety inspections on company vehicle prior to going on route
· Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and company policies
· Load your assigned delivery vehicle at beginning of every shift (packages are presorted according to your stops some can weigh up to 50 lbs.)
· Keep pace in a physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions; lift packages (up to 50 lbs); get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day
· Deliver packages to houses, apartments, and businesses with accuracy.
· Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions
· Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
· Use company provided smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
· Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes
Requirements:
· Must be at least 21 years old
· Must have held state driver’s license for at least 4 years
· Authorized to work in the United States
· Must pass a 5-Panel Drug Screening
· Must have a clean motor vehicle report. (Multiple violations can disqualify you from the position). Will need to pass road test.
· Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills
